The price and payment schedule for the May 7 - 14, 2011 ATS Dance Holiday is as follows:
$225 - Non-refundable deposit* is required to reserve your space ASAP
$1299 - 1st payment is due February 1, 2011
$1299 - Final payment is due April 1, 2011
The total price of $2823 per person is listed in Canadian dollars and includes all fees and applicable taxes.

Dancers are welcome to bring a spouse or a travel companion such as a friend or relative, who would like to enjoy the holiday with you. Accommodations are based on double occupancy and there are a limited number of twin bed rooms available. Solo participants will be assigned twin bed rooms on a first come / first served basis. The reservation deadline is December 31, 2010 but it is advisable to reserve your space ASAP!

All payments will be handled safely and securely online through Pay Pal. Payments can be made in any International currency and the exchange rate will be clearly indicated.
Step 1: Go to the Register Now page and submit your completed form to reserve your space(s). Be sure to enter your email address correctly. The first response you should get will be from the email auto-responder, indicating a successful transmission.
Step 2: Shortly afterwards you will be emailed the appropriate Pay Pal invoice(s) for the $225 per person deposit to reserve your space(s). Simply follow the prompts contained within the email to complete the transaction. Even if you do not have an account with Pay Pal, you will still be able to make your payment with your credit card. If you do have a Pay Pal account you can choose to have the funds come from any of your bank accounts, credit cards or existing Pay Pal balance.
Step 3: Try to wait patiently! In the meanwhile, keep looking at the pretty pictures on this site, look over the FYI information page, make your costuming shopping list and tell all your dance friends to join you for the adventure!
Step 4: Shortly before the 1st payment due date of February 1, 2011 participants will receive a Pay Pal invoice for the first payment amount. Simply follow the prompts contained within the email to complete the transaction.
Step 5: Shortly before the final payment due date of April 1, 2011 participants will receive a Pay Pal invoice for the final payment amount. Again, follow the prompts contained within the email to complete the transaction.
A minimun number of participants are required for the holiday to occur and December 31, 2010 is the deadline for this to be achieved. Reserving your space early is important but please DO NOT financially commit to your flights until you have received email confirmation, indicating there are enough registered participants. All reservation deposits will be refunded in full, should there not be enough participants. However, should a registered participant choose to withdraw from the holiday before departure, their $225 reservation deposit will not be refunded.
